Kolsera exists because the people executing complex maritime availabilities were being handed software designed for someone else's industry — and then blamed when the status didn't add up. We were purpose-built through live project execution, so our failures were immediately visible and reconciled.
Why we exist
The reconciliation problem
In most yards, the same job is described four or five different times: once in the planning tool, again on the paperwork, again in the requisition, again in the shop’s own tracker, and one more time in the spreadsheet that becomes the customer brief.
Every one of those restatements is a chance for the picture to drift. Another log to track. Another email to send. By the time a discrepancy surfaces, the work is usually already done — wrong, late, or unbudgeted.
Kolsera removes the restatements. The job is described once, and every view of it — cost, schedule, evidence, material, workforce — reads from that same record.
